Supply and Demand (P4021)

Hello,

I just learning Forecasting and need some assistance. 

1.  We were generating our forecast on a weekly basis, but I changed processing options to generate them on a monthly basis.  I ran R34650 and confirmed in P3460 that its now on a monthly basis.  When I go into P4021 the Forecast Consumption Period still shows as on a weekly basis and not monthly as what i was expecting.  Is this a simple configuration change?  Please help.  

2.  Is it possible to generate forecasting on a monthly basis but generate messages on a week basis?  Any help would be appreciated, thanks!
