ACA Standard Benefits Dependent Designation question
We have Standard Benefits and have never recorded any dependent information in Oracle other than having Options defined for Employee Only, Employee+Spouse, Employee+Family, and Employee+Children. None of health plans are self insured, so as I understand it, we do not need to capture any dependent details in Oracle for the 1095-C (Part III). Is this correct?
Do we still need to define Designation Requirements for each dependent option, or just set up a No Designee relationship group for the Employee Only option (I think this is used to determine Part II, Line 14 lowest cost)??
