Measure length restriction

Hi,

We exported few measures from RPAS v14.1 Assortment Planning solution. The flat file displays a large value of length 16 digits before decimal point. But, when we view the same value in the fusion client, it seems to be rounding off the value to 0 after the 13th digit. Please refer to the attached image for details. We wanted to understand whether there is any length (num of digits) restriction for a measure in RPAS.
