Error while installing RODOD components

Hi,
We are trying to install RODOD components using "RODOD Reference Solution Installation Guide.pdf"
While installing the O2C AIA PIP we are getting following error -
cannot stat `/private/aiacom_test_install/designstudio_7.2.4.0.0/template/workspace/.metadata': No such file or directory
We checked, there is no "template" folder, so definitely we will get this error.
But what I want to understand is that why this folder not created or if we missed any manual step?
As per me all the previous steps are executed properly without any error and all the applications/services are up & running without any error. Then which script is responsible for creating this folder - "template" and why it is not getting created.
