Adding entry in local policy

Hello all,

I am trying to add a new entry in an existing local-policy. When i try to save the entry, i am getting the error.It says "Failed to Save/Internal Error". Can anybody tell what could be the issue is ?

I am following the below procedure to add

1) Login as admin in Web Interface.

2) Configuration->Session-route-> Local-Policy

is there anything i am missing?

our SBC IS Acme Packet Net-Net 3820 ECX6.4.0 MR-5 Patch 2 (Build 493)

I tried following steps to resolve the error

1) Tried in different browsers

2) Tried clearing cookies, history, etc.,

Please let me know if anybody have any answer for this issue.
