Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Can any one clarifies the below question..

How does AQ treat OSB as 1 application even with 2 domains if using multiple consumer?

Appreciate if some one provide the doc on the same.
