best practice configurations for serverpool in rac12c

Greetings,

I have a question about the best practice when i go throw oracle rac 12c installation  specifically during serverpool configuration during database creation using dbca when i be in advanced mood for database creation?

what is the best policy managed or administrator managed ? " my environment will have just 2 nodes and will not have high load"

And also i need to understand in Database Placement screen as shown below during running dbca to create db in advanced mode what is suitable value for cardinality
