Cannot meet request date or Latest acceptable date- ATP inquiry

Happy New Year to all of you

We are preparing for one of the Demo’s to our client on ATP
functionality.


I am currently stuck up a situation where I am not able
to view Item supply/Demand details in ATP inquiry screen. Message says ‘Cannot
meet request date or Latest acceptable date’


Request your expert inputs in resolving this issue if you
are aware of occurrence of this issue and possible resolution.


I am not this error message in availability window of Order Lines but the message appears while querying through ATP Inquiry screen.


This issue is currently occurring in one of the Internal Instances to be used for Demo and I am not able to debug using ATP debug files
