How to access Oracle Maintenance App via Mobile Device?
Hello Community...
I have recently installed all necessary patches to a 12.1.3 Vision Instance and performed server side configurations, as well as, role inheritance for app access for Maintenance under the Maintenance Super User responsibility. However, after I log into the app using a mobile VPN client it quickly flashes to the Responsibility screen and then back to the login screen.
The only information I have located that relates to this issue is:
- After a user enters valid user credentials in the standard login screen, the app displays the loading indicator for a few seconds and then redirects the user back to the login screen.
