OCSG Geo tendency Suggestion require

Hi All,

I have two environments (Production & Disaster Recovery). I have two databases one at Production and other at DR environment.

My DR database is fully sync with production but when database is in synchronization mode, it is not accessible.

Is it possible i can install ocsg in a why if production is down than  DR site become active without any change or with minimal changes.
