Need assistance in Payroll formula!!!!(Annual Leave-Bonus Days)
- Annual leave=23(may to april)
- Bonus days to be added to remaining days balance of the employee if the annual leave is between 1st of November and 31th of March.
- 10 leave days ==> 2 Days
Note: If an employee applies below 10 days then no bonus days will be added and if applied leaves falls between 10 days to 14 days, then only 2 bonus days will be added.
- 15 leave days ==> 3 Days
Note: If an employee applied leaves falls between 15 days to 19 days, then only 3 bonus days will be added.
- 20 leave days ==> 4 Days
Note: If an employee applied leaves for 20 days and more than that, then only 4 bonus days will be added.
