GL Balance for Project Costing
Hi,
Can anyone share an idea to upload GL Balance for Project Costing.
As per my experience there are two ways that can help but if someone has any other idea so please share.
1) Approach # A:
Assume GL balance in GL has been uploaded so for projects take the breakup of that GL Balance at the level of by "Project, Task, Expenditure Type"
Example:
let say for Project P01 and P02 has GL Balances for Equipment = 2000 and GL Balance for Sundry = 3000 as of 31 Dec 2015
As per the project team they distribute that GL balance as below table based in their legacy system,
