Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hello Experts,

I'm receiving the error "Invalid unit of measure code.:EA" When attempting to run the Generate Late Charges program.

Based on my research on the MOSC, I found the note Doc ID 1062622.1 which references the following SR:

Bug 16444428 - prevent late charges error: 'invalid unit of measure code.:ea'

I'm not sure if this SR has been delivered or not because I'm unable to open the SR since it is not public.

Does anyone know the status of this SR?

If it is delivered, please indicate the patch or datafix to resolve this issue.

If it is not delivered, please evaluate the following workaround and suggest if there is a better solution:
