How to create Put away rule for "Staging Move" Function in WMS.

Hi

We have a requirement for moving material to other staging lanes after the material has been "Staged/Pick Confirmed" in WMS enabled Organization. Currently we are able to achieve this by "Staging Move" function in Outbound menu of Mobile responsibility in WMS.

However we need the suggestion to be controlled by a put away rule. A rule with transaction type as "Subinventory Transfer" doesn't consider this. Also another observation is after transaction we can see no "Rule " allocated in material transactions even the default seeded rule also, it is blank.

Any help in acheiveing this is highly appreciated.
