Setting Sequence for Single Dimension Attribute Adjustment

Hi, I have 2 attribute on product. Based on selection of the first attribute there should be some markup amount and after 2nd attribute selection it should be % discount.

But after configuring. it is always applying % discount first. and then markup amount.

List price = 100$

Markup Amount = 1000$

% discount = 10%

Final Price Should be  990$

But Outcome is 1090$

How to configure the sequencing of single dimension attribute adjustment.
