Credit hold status should prevent Repair order creation

Hi

Im on R12.1.3

Scenario:

I have defined a SR status called - Customer Credit Hold.

At this status,we dont want any SR updates-which is achieveable by Disallow update flags in Service Request status definition setup.

We dont want Repair order to be created when the SR is on Customer Credit Hold.

Could you please advise how its feasible to achieve  the above requirement through standard configuration?If someone has achieved the above through forms personalization,please advise the steps please?
