Cannot access Incident details from Install base
Application 11i
1. Log into responsibility ' Install base user VA' responsibility (resp specific)
.2. Key in the item Instance number, e.g. '657814'
3. Click on the button 'Service requests'
4. Click on the link ' Incident #' or 'Details'
5. Browser window opens with an error
