Unable to check Create Debit Memo check box while RTV

Hello Gurus,

I am Unable to check Create Debit Memo check box while RTV. (Profile option POR:  Enable Automatic Debit Memo Creation for Returns already set to Yes).


Can you please help me? Quick response highly appreciated.
