Batch scheduler using user POV and not batch POV when running report books

We are using batch scheduler to run a report book for multiple members in one dimension and email all reports to a distribution list.  We don't use a .csv file to define bursting as all reports are sent to the same list.  Until last week, it ran perfectly fine.  But starting last week, we get an error message when selecting the members "Error: An error was encountered when processing your request. Please check the web server logs for additional details."  We are able to continue and schedule the batch but when the reports run, they look like they ran for
