Is overflow record required for lockbox if defined in the transmission format

Hi,

The transmission format we are using has Overflow Payments as one of the transmission records. Just wonder if there is no receipt application information and overflow record is not needed, should overflow payment record still be included in the transmission file with its invoice number field left blank?
