Enterprise Asset Management - Creating an Internal Party

I am trying to follow the below instructions to set up EAM.

I am not able to find the Customer Support - Asset Maintenance responsibility.

Is there a prior set up that needs to be performed?

Creating an Internal Party

r Before you set up the parameters for Oracle Installed Base, you must first create an

internal party. The internal party will be used to complete the Installed Base setup.

Follow these steps to create an internal party:

1. Navigate to the Customer Support - Asset Maintenance responsibility.

2. Click the Contact Center link.

3. Enter contact or customer details in the header section of the page.
