What or how is this event monitoried in EM12C 12.1.0.5? "EM Event: Warning:<DBNAME> - Elapsed Time

I have begun receiving these types of alerts after the new year and I am not sure where they are being generated.  We have been running EM 12.1.0.5 since September 2015,.  Can anyone point me in the right direction to find out where they are being generated? 

This is in our LAB environment.

     12c Cloud Control Version 12.1.0.5

     Agent Versions 12.1.0.5

     Event Message:  EM Event: Warning:<DBNAME> - Elapsed Time spent in session connect/disconnect is 273.745/sec
