MRC Setup Payables Transactions Upgrade

Hi,

We are enabling MRC in a running system on 11.5.10.2.  After doing the setups you are supposed to run concurrent program  under payables:

MRC Setup - Payables Transactions Upgrade: Phase 1.

This program  has 4 phases but is erroring out at the rounding part. Support recommended we apply patch 16035029, of which we have applied but it still errors out at rounding. Below the error from  log file of the concurrent.

ORA-01403: no data found
