iRecruitment Vacancy Creation: Default Min and Max Salary from Grade Ladder?

In iRecruitment when creating a Vacancy, can the salary Minimum and Maximum be defaulted from a grade ladder?  I have been unable to find any documentation on MOS indicating any thing other than defaulting from the grade rates.
