Hello,

We are planning to upgrade our database from 11.2.0.4 to 12c and EBS applications from 12.1.3 to 12.2.5. Can you please share the best approach and the necessary documentation to approach this activity. We are looking to performing this activity over a single downtime window on a single node test instance.
