AAI 3130 related Error in P31114 JDE E1- 8.12

I am looking to resolve the error (Account Number & is Invalid) that I encountered while testing the WO Completion (P31114) application for Partial Completions.


It looks like the Branch Plant value from the Work Order is not being used by the system to validate the account number against the Account Master (F0901).  Below is the AAI setup that the system uses to route the transaction to the GL.
