Grant Portal Security for Co-PIS

Some projects were added to an existing award and co-pis were added  they were not present on the original proposal (resource page).

The grant security and staging process was run but the co-PIs on the Project team do not have access to either Award or Project. Even though the project shows up Grant portal for others like PI , GA etc.

The access was granted by manual adding them (emplids) through Award and Project- Grant portal security pages.

All the security set up is complete where Setup financials>Security>Grant POrtal Security has a Co-PI read/ write access to Award and Project page.
