Siebel Open Ui performance issue

All,

we see performance degradation from past two weeks . Generally it used to take 30 sec to show home page after entering user credentials . Now it is taking around 1 min to 3 min intermittently . I see TTFB for start.swe around 1 min using chrome developer tools . Please let us know if any one faced similar issue
