How to automatically assign a replenishment task to a specific user

Our warehouses are WMS enabled and we are creating replenishment task based on min/max quantities.  We would like to automatically queue the replenishment tasks to a specific user.

I know you can use rules Task Type Assignment to dispatch task to specific equipment but this is not what we are trying to achieve.
