Calendar Meeting invite needs to be sent to internal and external attendees from Siebel

Hi Team,

Can anyone let me, if we can send calendar meeting invite to multiple attendees, either internal to the organization or external to the organization, from Siebel? I am able to send out mails using OOTB "F9" feature. Is there a similar OOTB meeting invite sending feature. If not how can this be configured.

I understand there is SSSE. But I am not looking at SSSE right now.
