"Invalid parameters requested" error when run report

Hi

Could you please share me your advice on the following issue.

BIP:11.1.1.7.150714

Report got failed,from log,we can found the following error

Illegal parameter value: PT_UNIEQ_KEY=20151228190351

oracle.xdo.XDOException: oracle.xdo.servlet.data.DataException: Invalid parameters requested.

and Regarding this report

1.parameter PT_UNIEQ_KEY refer to List of Values: unieq_key

2.List of Values:unieq_key

  (type:SQL Query)

SELECT 'UNIEQ_KEY',to_char(sysdate,'YYYYMMDDHH24MISS') from dual

3.set Global variable in event trigger package(PL/SQL)

Could you please tell me how to resolve it.
