Setting Up Workflow for Batch Approval and Post

hi,

we need setting up workflow for batch approval and post from doc id : 664703.1

and we had problem about  "JDEBCHAPPR works only with one hard coded address number ". that is possible to customization ? and which object I should be customization ?
