Communication Screen
Hi,
In our project we are using Service Request BC(for External SR's) with Service Request BO and Custom SR BC(for Internal SR's) with Custom SR BO and based on the same table S_SRV_REQ.
Now when the user navigates to
1) Communication Screen
2) Clicks on the Reply To All button
3) Selects the Category
4) Picks the Template for the Body
If the Template is based on the OOTB Service Request BO, all the substitution fields are populated properly but if the template is based on the Custom SR BO then the substitution fields are not populated at all .
