ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PRR, #1

Hello Friends-Oracle,

Am going through with EM13c and few practices , faced many issues and the one of them is the  "ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PRR, #1"

I have added the database targets to the repository and the database status everything shows up, When i select the database of other servers i have seen these errors. (Attached)

But i didn't see issue with the OMR database, its working well. I checked few MOS documents for the related errors and none found for EM13c, of course new release.

For workaround, i checked various methods by 12c EM MOS doc id's and implemented such as
