Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Demantra Solutions - EBS (MOSC)

Scheduled Workflow didn't start at particular time. Didn't start at all.

We have one workflow (weekly_import) which is Scheduled to run every sunday 5:00 AM EST. But on last Sunday(3rd jan) it didn't start.

we checked the wf_process_log it was not started.

Please suggest any way to find out what happened to get the root cause.
