Issue During Installation of R12.1.3 with rapid install

Dear Team,

I have download media R12.1.3 from ORACLE E-DELIVERY. All media are downloaded successfully without any error. also i have check all the zip file with the command unzip -t < zip file name>.

all media are  checked without any error.

but when i try  to start the rapidwiz it gives the error.

the error are below:

bash: ./rapidwiz: /bin/sh^M: bad interpreter: No such file or directory
