Requiremnt to display name/Signature at end of every page in BI Publihser

Hi , we have requiremnt to display name/Signature at end of every page in BI Publihser in case of last page signature to be at the end of the paragraph.   We are not opting to place the signature field in the footer as in some cases there can be big gap between signature and end of the paragraph. Please suggest a solution to overcome this issue. Version Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher 10.1.3.4.
