When running oakcli upgrade database, it errors out with "error at</bin/su oracle -c "/u01/app/oracl

I have upgraded several databases on this ODA and it has been successful.  This one database when I run oakcli upgrade database I get the following errors:

ERROR  : Ran '/bin/su oracle -c "/u01/app/oracle/product/11.2.0.4/dbhome_1/bin/dbua -     silent -keepHiddenParams -dbName mydb01"' and it returned code(1) and output is:

         Log files for the upgrade operation are located at: /u01/app/oracle/cfgtoollogs/dbua/mydb01/upgrade7
