I have a customer who is trying to run the

Patch 13543062 fails - cannot migrate owner during patch entitlement

Problem Description

---------------------------------------------------

ORA-20001: ORA-20000: Cannot migrate owner from "ORDSYS" to "APPS_NE" for

schema "http://xmlns.oracle.com/ord/dicom/mddatatype_1_0"

Now I don't know that much about Oracle database as an RDBMS but isn't ORDSYS not even an EBS product? Am I missing something here?
