Are we able to choose to email a PO that has gone through a change order?
Hello Friends,
I have a question which I am explaining through a scenerio. John submitted a change order for PO# 123456 through the change approval process and when I get the option to approve and I approve the PO a copy is automatically sent to the supplier via our automatic emailing systems. Not all of the changes need to be sent to the suppliers. Are we able to choose or add an option to email the PO or not?... kind of like the option we get before we approve a newly created purchase order on the form side?
