How to avoid routing resource usage conversion into Hours

Hi All,

We are having routing resource usages defined in seconds. This gets collected correctly into VCP. (Collected data shows routing usage as 10.548 seconds)

However, when we run ASCP plan, it converts the usage into Hrs and the routing shows value of 0.000 HRs.

Is there any setting/profile that governs this conversion? Can we not have routing resource usages defined in Mins or Seconds in plan as well?

Note: We have an ECC plan with 30 days min bucket and 150 days Hrs bucket.
