My HR Self Service - Error when accessing My Taxes

Hi Guys,

Need help, in My HR Self Service, when accessing My Taxes, I am being redirected to fatal error page and getting the message below:

Problem description:

pay_us_otf_page_web.build_employee_details - You have no current employee information. Please contact your HR/Payroll representative for help.
