Modifier LOV in Unit Selling Price Column at Order Lines

Hi Guys,

I am having an issue in which i don't see the Modifier LOV in the Unit selling Price Column in Sales Order Line Form.I log out of the system and login again and the LOV appears for the Unit Selling Price.This is a totally intermittent issue which comes sometime and sometime doesn't.

Any of you ever faced this issue.Is there any solution for this.

Help will be much appreciated.
