Create Accounting ends in Warning

We have 2 LE's in a Ledger for AUST.  2 AP responsibilities for each LE and a single CM responsibility to cover both LE's.  For CM I created a new Security Profile Rule so that I can reconcile 2 accounts, 1 in LE 'A' and another for LE 'B'. We get a single BAI2 file from the bank.
