Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Since we have upgraded, we wondered why P03900 went from running for 5 minutes to taking at least 30 minutes.

JDE World A9.3.1.3, this holds up the job que and people start complaining.
