Cross-Reference on Customer Price List

We need a method for printing an Item Cross-Reference in the Customer Price List Print UBE R45524.

We can see the Cross-Reference field in the Price List Detail table, but is does not print in the grid output.

We have the processing option set to include the cross-reference type when generating prices.
