Recent Reports on job status cannot launch

Hi All,

We facing issue on view job status and submitted job status are not able to launch from carousel "Recent Reports". But only for one user id. But the  rest user id still can click the view job status to launch pdf report. We try deleted that effacted id and created again still same issue we have. This issue only for i user id.We using TR 9.1.5.3.


As mention on this Doc ID 2014951.1 this issue has fixed in 9.1.5.4 Tools Release. Please advise. Thanks.
