Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Receivables - EBS (MOSC)

Unable to view activity type under miscellaneous receipt type!

Unable to view any activity type when trying to create miscellaneous..

Steps-

1. Created a new receivable activity type for my XXY company (acitivty = receipt write-off)

2. Specified all gl accounts and details.

3. Enter receipt, changed receipt method and type to miscellaneous.. no activity visible.
