Releasing Planned Orders -Auto Approve PO - Service Parts Planning using Contract Purchase Agreemen

We are trying to release Planned Orders to Auto Approve PO from Service Parts Planning and we are in a decentralized Architecture .Please be noted that them items are subscribed to a Contract Purchase Agreement ,

We have a Release Time Fence and the Planned Order are created and released to PR and Auto PO s are not getting created .

Let us know if we are missing anything .
