Unable to see cleared transaction to uncleared them

Hi

When i clear a transaction in oracle cash management manually it will show me in the unclear transaction window. But when i clear them using the auto reconciliation concurrent program it totally disappear from the uncleared transaction window so that it doesn't give me a chance to unclear them.

can anyone has an idea why it happen like this?
